Digital transformation
From letter to tablet
Like grains of flour in a bakery, our wishes, plans and goals for our company are numerous. Our brand stands for quality and safety, but also for a thoughtful use of resources - our employees should be able to sense this through the communication tool.
This is not only about the acceptance of responsibility and the associated trust, but rather about the appreciation that we can show everyone by integrating them digitally into our plans.
The step to introduce CORE was definitely a big one, maybe even a courageous one - in any case a successful one.
The result
With a few keystrokes and a click, we inform our teams about innovations, duty rosters or plans. Our production works hand in hand with sales, the workshop close to marketing and IT provides support to the office. We continue to develop and are supported in our future plans by our digital communication guard rails.
This is CORE in the midst of rolls and slices.
more information flow
Since the introduction of CORE, all our employees have been regularly and fully informed without having to rely on passing on pages and pages of paper.
Paper reduction
Since the introduction of CORE, about 80 per cent fewer paper pages are sent by us via "branch mail".
less emails
Thanks to CORE, we were able to save about 30 per cent of the e-mails sent, especially in our office - that also saves resources.
know more colleagues
Through CORE, all our employees have the opportunity to get to know their colleagues at other locations.
Languages
Due to our multicultural corporate community, we currently use CORE in 11 different languages.
CORE users
We continue to grow and so do our CORE users.
Locations
CORE is used by our employees at more than 30 different locations.
Modules in use
At the moment we use eight modules that CORE offers and we want to have more.
