The CORE smartwork team will be presenting the new CORE app at the Zenith event hall in Munich. The latest update gives the unique app an optimized mobile view and also includes its own chat function. Vortrag Andreas Fill: "The Next World Project"
Andreas Fill, Deputy Managing Director of CORE smartwork, presents new and successful ways of recruiting and employee retention in his lecture. He will tell Fill's success story on the way to becoming one of the best employers in European industry. It is about all the measures that have been taken over the last 20 years to turn a completely unknown machine engineering company into an award-winning employer brand.
The presentation will focus on cross-generational projects in the areas of communication, well-being and family integration and, in particular, the unique approaches to recruiting. With the Future Lab, Fill is making a clear statement in terms of career guidance and inspires 3,000 visitors of all ages every year.
